CBS ROOF TRUSSES

CBS ROOF TRUSS FACTS

Roof Trusses are an Engineered Product

Each truss is individually engineered for specific applications. They are built to exact dimensions and specifications with documented code compliant designs. Component Building Systems provides a proprietary information package with each truss order.

Better and Stronger

Roof Trusses offer great structural benefits. Engineered Roof Trusses span farther than joists and rafters. They can be designed to carry special roof material loads and to resist wind and snow. The individual trusses are part of a complete system that properly transfers loads down to your building’s foundation.

Endless Possibilities

Our experienced engineering and design staff has the knowledge and expertise to develop truss systems for even the most architecturally sophisticated applications . We can truss ANY roof profile, including perfect radius curves, barrel vaults, domes, and special ceiling profiles. We break the common misconception that trusses can only be used for simple structures.

Roof Trusses Save Time and Money

Roof Trusses install in a fraction of the time without waste. The framing crew follows an easy to read layout which makes installation a swift process. Your job site is cleaner, safer, and in-the-dry sooner. Imagine completing even complicated roof sets in a single day.

Precision

From initial quote to final assembly, precision is a critical aspect of every Component Building Systems truss. Our cutting edge manufacturing facility uses state of-the-art machinery to cut and build each project to 1/16” tolerances. Our plant staff follows clearly defined processes to guarantee accuracy. That attention to detail benefits the builder by reducing job site headaches and unnecessary expenses.

CBS Quality

Quality is our top priority. Our lumber is purchased directly from select mills and kept in dry storage until it is ready to be manufactured. We build our trusses just before they are scheduled to ship so they arrive to the job site “fresh off the table.” As a standard, we NEVER use #3 grade lumber in any truss. Our proprietary design criteria and manufacturing tolerances exceed code minimums and all industry standards.
