Each truss is individually engineered for specific applications. They are built to exact dimensions and specifications with documented code compliant designs.
Custom Depth Options
Component Building Systems designs and manufactures industry standard depth trusses between 12” and 24” deep. In addition, we have the unique capability to engineer custom depth trusses up to 48” deep. Custom depth floor trusses are available in 1/16” increments.
Specialized Floor Solutions
We can design for special floor loads, dropped floors for roll-in showers, and commercial applications. Top Chord Bearings, Brick Cantilevers, Floor Truss Girders, and Clear Span Stair Openings are available design options for any floor system.
Aligned Chases and Floor Webs
Component Building Systems takes and extra step to design our floor systems with aligned chases and webs, giving sub contractors straight, open runs to install mechanical, electrical, and plumbing with ease.
Span Farther
Component Building Systems designs and manufactures standard depth floor systems capable of clear spanning up to 32’. You can use our trusses to eliminate posts and beams in basements, garages, and crawl spaces, adding instant value to a home or building.
The Quality Difference
Quality is our top priority. As a standard, we build every single floor truss with Machine Stress Rated (MSR) 2400 Top and Bottom Chords, and we NEVER use #3 grade lumber in any truss. Our proprietary design criteria exceeds code minimums and all industry standards.
